Following the success of the videos, with many across Australia praising Chad for his kindness, Virgin Australia CEO Jayne Hrdlicka visited Chad in Perth to personally thank him and also gift him for a job well done.
“Ladies, form an orderly line,” reads an Instagram post from Virgin Australia.
“Our dog whisperer in Perth, Chad, has just obtained Business Class tickets from our CEO to recognize his great work,” the post continued.
Chad will receive two Business Class return tickets.
“Of course, that gives you the option to bring a friend. I know you’ve had a lot of offers from amazing women all over the world,” Hrdlicka said.
“So you have the option if you want.”

The viral video, originally posted by Jacqueline Felgate, former Seven News Melbourne presenter, quickly gained millions of views from dog lovers who praised Chad for his caring touch earlier this week.
After the video’s success, Jacqueline tracked down Chad and asked him in an interview, “What were you saying to pretty little Cooper at that moment?”
“I just reassured him and asked him if he was ready to board, just like the passengers are asked at the gate,” Chad replied.
“I said, ‘Copy mate, you’ll be fine; hope you have a safe flight; we’ll see you on the other side’.”
The video was quickly inundated with comments praising Chad for the sweet act.
“The sweetest thing is that he didn’t intend to have an audience; he was just a caring person,” said one TikTok user.
“That’s so sweet! It must be so scary for them,” added another.
“This man needs a raise!” another applauded.

Chad later took to Instagram to thank everyone for their kind words and to assure all pet owners that any creatures that cross his path will receive special treatment.
“I make sure every animal I meet at work gets the royal treatment,” he wrote on Instagram.
“It’s a scary environment for them. I do my best to calm them down, water them and pamper them before they are placed on the plane.”
