Inflated ride share goes viral as white driver scolds passenger for racist comment
An American car-sharing driver knocked out his passenger moments after she got into the vehicle after greeting him with a racist remark.
Dashcam footage of the ensuing altercation between James Bode and his passenger went viral online with the hashtag #f*** racism.

The driver stopped in front of Fossil’s Last Stand bar in Pennsylvania just after 10:30 p.m. to pick up the reported owners of the establishment, Jackie Harford and John Keglovics.
“Wow, you’re like a white man,” Harford says as she enters the car.
“Excuse me?” Bode replies.
The driver turns down the music in his car, unsure if he heard his passenger correctly.
“You’re just a normal guy!” she continues, shuffling in the back seat for another passenger to enter behind her.
“Like, you speak English!”
“Sorry, sorry,” she adds, patting him lovingly on the shoulder.
Bode does not hesitate before refusing her service.
“No, no. You can get out of the car. I’m going to cancel the ride. That’s inappropriate.”

Harford expressed his disbelief at the request to leave.
“It’s completely inappropriate,” Bode continues. “If someone wasn’t white in this chair, what would be the difference?”
The other passenger then pokes his head in to see what’s going on; after that, Bode relays the incident and informs him that the ride will be canceled before the argument turns into racist remarks.
“Really? Oh, you’re a hole in the air! You’re a piece of shit. I should punch you in the face, mate,” Keglovics said.
‘Oh, are you going to threaten me? Anywhere? “Because you are racist bastards,” Bode replies.
“You’re making a hole in the sky, goddamn n*** lover. F*** you!” Keglovics says before slamming the door.
“Get the fuck out of here!”
“No, no. I’m calling the police, man. It’s all on camera,” Bode yells back.
‘Do you own the place? That’s great; everyone will know.
“Fossil’s Last Stand of black people, right? Yeah, fuck off.”
Lashing is going viral.
The video has gone viral, and anti-racist Bode supporters have flocked to the TripAdvisor and Yelp pages for Fossil’s Last Stand to leave negative reviews.
More than 283 pages on Yelp are warning potential customers to boycott the venue, including fake reviews alongside unsavory images of food like sloppy bananas with tomato sauce.
“The owner came out to introduce himself and ask about the meal and service, but he was in blackface,” one Yelp review said.
“The chef put mayonnaise in EVERYTHING… Mayo in the eggs, mayo on my steak, mayo in the potatoes,” said another.
“I called and ordered the steak and banana special with ketchup. When I came to pick up the food, the shop owner gave me a classic German greeting,” said another.
All I ordered was the soup of the day, which I was told was chicken noodles. As you can see in the photo, it must have been the cockroach variety that I hated,” said another.
However, the venue may have received negative reviews long before the incident, with one Twitter user repeating “a review of their bar from three years ago.”
“An OK biker bar, I guess…although the staff was complacent about the hostile environment geared towards minorities.”
“Sideways comments from hostile customers were ignored and ignored by others. There was a bad vibe in the air.”
